CROSSFIT CLASSES

Our CrossFit classes focus on exercises that best mimic everyday movements such as sitting at a desk, walking up stairs, chasing your dog in the park. The exercises make everyday equivalents easier now—and as you continue to age.

Beginning with a warm-up, we eliminate the possibility of any strains or injuries. We work on strength development exercises and incorporate constantly varied movements at a high intensity to speed up the heart rate and burn calories quickly.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We realize that not every body is the same, and that each individual has unique goals. Working 1-on-1 with our coaches will help you achieve quick results with lasting effects.

Our customized programming is safe and effective in achieving your specialized goals. Our coaches will transform your dreams into actionable steps and lead you through your journey.

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
