TERMS AND CONDITIONS

● Membership is paid in advance of service on the same day of each month.

● Dues are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment (credit card, debit card or ACH).

● Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the membership period with the current month to month billing rate.

● Packages Expiration: 

  • 5 Class Punch Cards are valid for 3 months.

  • 10 Class Punch Cards are valid for 6 months. 

  • Personal training expiration varies by package. A pace of 4 sessions a month must be maintained. At most the number of sessions remaining is remaining months times 4.

    • 1 session - 1 month

    • 12 sessions - 3 months

    • 24 sessions - 6 months

    • 48 sessions - 1 year

Cancellation of Membership by Member: You may cancel your membership and the continued billing of monthly dues by submitting the ‘Membership Cancellation’ form at www.CrossFitFLxR.com A cancellation notice received a minimum of fifteen days prior to your next billing date will result in no further billing of monthly dues. A cancellation notice received less than 4 weeks prior to your next billing date will result in one more monthly dues billing. You have continued access during this notice and cancellation period until your membership expires. If you cancel your membership for any reason other than military deployment, you will be reinstated at the current membership rate upon returning to CrossFit FLxR. If you have a fixed term contract (26 or 52 weeks) and want to cancel early, you simply pay the difference between the membership you were on vs. the membership you should have been on. There are no refunds for membership fees paid in advance.

Cancellation of Personal Training Sessions/Credits: Member/client is purchasing Personal Training and not the services of an individual Personal Trainer. If the requested Trainer is not available, another Personal Trainer will be assigned. Member/client is not entitled to a refund if the requested Trainer is not available. All personal training cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client will be charged the full session price. If you have a packaged personal training contract (12, 24, 48 sessions) and want to cancel early, you simply pay the difference between the package you were on vs. the package you should have been on. There are no refunds for membership fees paid in advance.

Pause of Membership by Member: You have the option to put your automatically recurring membership on hold for any reason. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than five business days before your upcoming invoice. All membership payments are non-refundable. Membership hold requests are limited 4 to 12 weeks per calendar year in two week increments. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. Your original agreement will be extended by the amount of time of the membership hold. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 4 week cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change). There is a $8 per week fee for Membership Holds.

Late Payment/Declined Credit Card Fees: A late payment/declined credit card fee of $25 will be charged on any payment past due. Membership fees must be paid on or before the day listed on this agreement below.

Attire: You are required to wear appropriate gym attire and footwear at all times while using CrossFit FLxR facilities.

Lost Articles: CrossFit FLxR assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Lost and found articles not claimed will be donated to charity.

Conduct: CrossFit FLxR is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. CrossFit FLxR has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.

Damages: Members shall pay for any damages to CrossFit FLxR’s property which results from the willful or negligent conduct of a member, member’s guest, or dependent children.

Rules and/or Regulations: We ask that you help us keep the gym clean. Members are expected to wipe down all equipment used during group classes with the disinfectant provided. Members are also responsible for returning all utilized equipment to its rightful spot in the gym. If you use the bathroom facilities, please do not leave personal items in the bathroom. Items left more than 7 days may be thrown away. The management reserves the right to terminate membership to anyone who refuses to observe any of CrossFit FLxR’s rules or regulations. Not all rules and regulations are listed in this agreement.

Children at CrossFit FLxR: CrossFit FLxR does not provide supervision of children. All children at the gym remain the responsibility of the parent. Children should only be left unattended if they are of sufficient age and maturity. Please be courteous to your fellow classmates with respect to crying children and clean up after your child before leaving the gym. Please do NOT bring your children to the gym if they are sick or have had a fever and/or diarrhea in the last 24 hours.

Facilities, Services, and Hours: CrossFit FLxR services and amenities may be improved, updated, modified or otherwise altered at the sole and absolute discretion of CrossFit FLxR. CrossFit FLxR will strive to provide the best service possible and accommodate reasonable requests, but reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change the existing services, coaching schedules, programs, hours of operation, facilities and rules and regulations.
